Curriculum

At Lin Wing Chun we follow a training cycle: classical introduction, repetition, resistance and application then application under stress. We ensure mastery of fundamentals, not just drills. Personalized guidance is key to help students effectively apply their skills and achieve more balanced & useful results. We focus on useful application and performance where others often get stuck on tradition.

* Habitual Acts of Violence are repeated instances of violent behaviors that occur consistently, forming a pattern. The key characteristic is the regular and predictable recurrence of such behaviors, carried out without provocation in our society. Self Defense for HAVs is Evidence Based Training for Defense Realities… We keep it real so you stay safe…

Finally, we integrate targeted adrenal-stress training with our Habitual Acts of Violence (HAV) curriculum so students don’t just learn techniques — they learn to apply them under real fight-or-flight pressure. By creating realistic unprovoked street attack patterns in controlled scenarios. This training builds reliable performance under extreme stress , the last step in bringing tradition into a venue that prepares students for real defense realities.
