Self Defense for the 21st Century

Uniondale, Long Island, New York

Dark, empty street at night with wet pavement and streetlights casting dim light.

Don’t depend on someone else to rescue you.

Rescue yourself.

Wing Chun Kung Fu is a close range Chinese martial art that uses deceptive methods to unbalance, jam, tie up and attack with a continuous barrage of rapid close range strikes, elbows and leg attacks to overwhelm the opponent. You could say it‘s the art of fighting dirty, an essential quality for Self Defense.

Legend has it that a Shaolin nun, created the system, inspired by watching a snake & crane fight . As such it is optimized for those dealing with larger, stronger attackers, an essential ingredient for self-defense. Wing Chun is a fascinating art that doesn’t fight fair, and neither should you.
